We take great care in handling your account, from the start of your dental treatment through final payments. Our office staff work with our patients to explore each and every payment option available. It is important to us that the quality of our business practices matches the quality of our dental procedures.
Dental Insurance
As a service to our patients, we are happy to submit your claim to your insurance carrier. However, please remember that dental insurance is a contract between you and your carrier, and you are ultimately responsible for ensuring payment. At the time of treatment, our computer system estimates the portion which is not covered by insurance. We require this portion to be paid at the time of service.
Payment Options
Unless other arrangements are made, payment is appreciated at the time of your treatment. We take cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and CareCredit. Applying for CareCredit only takes a few minutes and there is no fee to apply. Please ask our office staff for more information or for an application.
